I received a ticket from this establishment and was given an extension. I was told by Ms. Carter that as long as you pay the ticket by the court date it will be fine. Called to pay and was told I had to appear in court for it. After speaking with her again, she was the absolute rudest most miserable person in her job I've ever dealt with. Turns out in FINE print, you must pay the ticket by noon. Not 430, the court time. Absolutely the worst person to be in her position and deal with the public, ever. Grow a smile people of Lenox.
As describe by the lady before me i was given a speeding ticket , with no amount posted on it . Only to find out later that it was $772.50, and that i had missed the court date because i live outside of GA. Scam i tell you , organised scam. There's a reason people speed trough this town , its because its filled with thieves.

Very rude, cut me off every time I asked a question, when asking simple questions the receptionist was VERY loud and irate, and the only thing I could think of the whole time is, "If you don't like your job then QUIT!" I don't see how that pitiful racist town even exists right now!!! Oh I forgot, it's a racist town so the Amerian government will protect it with all its might.. Smh..
I have been trying for the last five days to contact someone regarding a traffic citation I received. I'm not able to reach anyone from your county clerk's office or police department. It seems odd that the letter I received stated to contact the office in 30 days yet no one is answering any calls at any given time of the day. I do not live in GA so I would like to know why my ticket's cost is extremely high and what options I have regarding a payment plan. I've never experienced a town/ government establishment that lacks the basic professionalism needed to serve its community as I have encountered with Lenox, GA.
